Heartfelt Mediation

I hold a loving, compassionate space for people to come together to repair ruptures in their relationships, in relations such as romantic, family, friendship and work. I open sacred space where you are invited to share from your hearts about the hurt and impact you have experienced, and together we take steps towards healing, repair and reconciliation, moving forwards in your lives.

I work with couples, work partners, friends, family members when you have experienced a rupture and it has not been tenable to hold the process on your own.

Sessions are 2 hours at  £240 a session online

3 x 2 hours – £648 (10% off )

I offer support with –

  • Getting to the precise rupture and hurt / impact experienced
  • Conscious communication without blame, criticism or judgement
  • Keeping hearts open while navigating challenging topics
  • Cultivating conflict resolution skills
  • Meeting each other as children in innocence
  • Deeply hearing each other and honouring your wounded parts
  • Taking responsibility and offering forgiveness
  • Building trust again
  • Creating agreements moving forwards

I offer the relationship the best opportunity for healing and repair by creating a space for non-judgemental, compassionate mutual conflict resolution – seeking the solution for the highest good for all.
